Preview:
You don't need a reminder of what happened the last time the Leafs stepped onto Garden ice. It was 4-1, remember? Say those words to any leafs fan and watch the hilarious reaction.
This year's Leafs are looking good, with an 11-5 record through the first 16 games. They're coming off a shootout win over the Devils last night, one in which UNH's own JVR was the only one to score. Jonathan Bernier faced the Devils last night, but the Bruins will face James Reimer tonight. Reimer's record is 4-1-0; he has a sv% of .942 and a GAA of 2.36.
For the Bruins, much ado is being made about the offensive abilities of Dougie Hamilton and Torey Krug, and for good reason - Krug currently sits second on the team in goals scored, with six to Milan Lucic's seven. You can listen to the Bruins talk about this in this video here.
The Bruins need to continue to build off their momentum from the last period of that Panthers game on Thursday, and if they can do that - tonight should go just fine.
