Tuesday Morning Skate: 71 million new things to talk about

Yesterday while we were all hashing out a few serious discussions about the big issues facing hockey today, the Board of Governors met and agreed that they would plan for a 71 million dollar salary cap for 2014-15. The Bruins current cap payroll for 2014-15 is $62,649,643 per capgeek. So, that leaves about 8.4 or so million to fill in the holes we've got:
