My friend Vinny put it best, I think:

Today feels good and emotional and it's a beautiful day for it. Trees are starting to come into bloom, the sky is clear as it's ever been, and Boston feels supercharged. The bear has been poked really fucking hard. We're ready for this game like we haven't been ready for a game in a long time, and for many people it's the first reprieve from 48 hours of pain, suffering, and horror.

We're really fucking ready.

Apparently, so are the Bruins.

Patrice Bergeron and Brad Marchand are back. Carl Soderberg is HERE, dammit, and he's already practicing with the team. The deck has been shuffled, the lines feel GOOD. The team's had three days to rest physically - not mentally, but physically.

We're all on our toes, all on edge. Every siren makes your heart stutter, every loud noise makes you jump and make sure everyone around you is okay. Maybe tonight can ease that a little; maybe screaming for our team can fix things even a small amount.

"One thing I sense from our team is we have the ability to help people heal...this is your home, this is what you represent, and the first thing you want to do is help out." - Claude Julien

In conclusion: listen to this song. (it's made me feel pretty good today.) Get excited for tonight.

"Tonight is the night, we'll fight 'till it's over..."
