Preview:

The rookies are done, it's time for the NHLers to completely take over. Tonight's Bruins lineup will look similar to an opening night lineup - and although a few tweaks may be done before the Bruins take on the Lightning next week, this is the last opportunity for Claude Julien to get these lines in game action. The final big decision for Julien remains that backup goalie spot - and with Niklas Svedberg shining last night, Julien has said he may opt to play Chad Johnson tonight instead of Rask as initially planned, just to get one last look at his goaltenders.

Jordan Caron did not look particularly great last night, and one has to think his time as a Boston Bruin is dwindling; conversely, Ryan Spooner and Matt Fraser looked great - that third line RW spot is still very much up in the air.

Dougie Hamilton took a hat-trick of penalties last night - it would behoove him to play a more disciplined game tonight, for fear of losing his opening night spot to Matt Bartkowski, who projects to be the seventh defenseman at this time.

For the Jets, look for old friend Blake Wheeler to be in the lineup tonight, and try not to think too hard about what he'd look like on a line with Milan Lucic and David Krejci these days. (Yay, Iginla?)
