We are gathered here today to celebrate the career of the best German forward the world has ever seen. It's official - Marco Sturm has retired. After spending parts of the last two seasons playing for the Cologne Sharks, the 35-year-old STURMFACE is done with hockey.
So let's remember the two greatest Sturm moments in Bruins history. They're both significant and they're both awesome.
1. Game 6 vs the Canadiens. THIS BUILDING IS VIBRATING!!! Can you believe that was six years ago?
2. Thanks to Marco Sturm, the Bruins remain the only team to have won a Winter Classic game in overtime.
What were your favorite Sturm moments?
