Game Notes:
- The Bruins and Islanders meet for another preseason game. On Tuesday's game we were reminded of the importance of momentum when a second period line adjustment preceded three quick Islanders goals. The Bruins have to maintain momentum and puck possession tonight.
- Once again, newfound Islanders depth will be a weapon this year. Bruins goaltending and defense need to start and remain strong throughout the game. Goalie Svedberg was able to make seven of eight saves on Tuesday.
- Despite Tuesday's 5-3 loss, Marchand's third period dangle and goal had that classic Marchand swagger, an indication of preseason rust transitioning to skill.
