CTK: David Pastrnak's going to World Juniors!

Winslow Townson-USA TODAY Sports

According to Czech newspaper CTK, David Pastrnak is headed to Prague next week to train with the Czech National U-20 Team, and then to Toronto to play for his country in the World Junior Championship.

Go team USA obviously, but best of luck to our Pasta! The last time a Czech Bruin played in the World Juniors, it was David Krejci when the tournament was held in Grand Forks, ND in December 2004. At the time, Krejci was playing for Gatineau in the QMJHL.
