Matt Benning (Northeastern University)

Northeastern was on a bye this week, having secured a spot in the Hockey East quarterfinals in the final week of the regular season. Benning, is hopeful to play in the series against UNH.

Cornell was on a bye this week and will begin play in the ECAC tournament next week.

BC was on a bye this week. The regular season champions are the one seed and will play Notre Dame next week in the Hockey East tournament .

Zane Gothberg (University of North Dakota)

North Dakota split a series against Western Michigan winning 2-0 and losing 2-1, falling just short of a NCHC regular season title. Not bad considering the slow start, though. Gothberg was in net for both games, posting a shutout in the first and allowing no even strength goals in the second (allowed a power play and shorthanded goal to fellow prospect Colton Hargrove).

Colton Hargrove (Western Michigan University)

Western Michigan split a series against North Dakota losing 2-0 and winning 2-1. Hargrove had a power play goal and a short handed goal in the win and was named the game's first star.

Rob O'Gara (Yale University)

Yale defeated Harvard 4-0 and 2-1 to sweep its first round series in the ECAC tournament. O'Gara had an assist in the first game.

Ben Sexton (Clarkson University)

Clarkson won its series over Princeton to advance in the ECAC tournament after a 2-3 OT loss and wins by the score of 4-0 and 3-2. Sexton returned to the lineup notching assists in each of the first two games including two in the second contest.

Mitch Dempsey (Kitchener Dutchmen - currently at Kitchener Rangers)

Kitchener lost each of this week's games - 2-0 to Guelph, 10-5 (!) to London and 7-3 to Erie. Dempsey did not play in any of the games.

Linus Arnesson (Djurgardens)

Djurgardens aka Animal Gardens aka Mesta Mästarna, Stockholms Stolthet, won 5-0 over Rögle in its final game of the regular season. Having finished third, Djurgardens has secured a spot in the 2014 Kvalserien, where they'll attempt to gain promotion to the SHL.

Anton Blidh (Frölunda)

Frölunda defeated Skellefteå 6-1, lost to Leksand 3-0 and defeated AIK 4-0 this week. Blidh played on the first line for the game against Leksand and on the fourth in the other two.

Peter Cehlarik (Luleå - currently with Luleå U20)

Luleå lost 3-4 to MODO in a shootout, 3-1 to Färjestad and 3-1 to Brynäs. Ouch. Cehlarik returned to the senior level for the third game and played on the third line.

Maxim Chudinov (SKA Saint Petersburg)

SKA lost 2-1 in its KHL regular season finale to Ugra Khanty-Mansiysk. In the opening round of the playoffs, they're up 2-0 on CSKA after 1-0 and 5-1 wins. Chudinov had six shots on the week.
