Game Notes:
- It's business time. The Bruins have the opportunity tonight to end this garbage fire of a series and send the Canadiens to the golf course for the summer. Awaiting them will be the winner of Pens-Rangers, who are off to their very own game 7 in that series. Good times.
- The Bruins are citing this as a must-win game, which is good - all too often in games where they've had the opportunity to eliminate a team, they've taken the foot off the gas and things have gone terribly. Hopefully they've learned from the past and can avoid this.
- The long and the short of it is: if this team can play like they did in game 5, they've got this in the bag. The Bruins have taken every advantage and opportunity to exploit the Habs' weak third/fourth lines and pylon of a third pairing, the power play has started functioning, and the Krejci line has started to wake up. Fraser and the Swedes have looked stupendous (that Eriksson to Soderberg pass for the first goal in game five, holy moly). Foot on the gas is the name of the game. Go go go.
