Hello all. OK. I've put myself back together after yesterday's Bruins "game" (aren't games supposed to be FUN?) and have got another game thread rolling for you for the other playoff games happening tonight.
Up first, at 7 p.m. This is the one to watch -- once upon a time the New York Rangers were down 3 games to 1 in their playoff series against the Pittsburgh Penguins. After playing two games Narrative Lovers would drool over, they evened up the series on Sunday to force tonight's Game 7 in Pittsburgh. Now, maybe, just MAYBE, I, too, am one of those Narrative Lovers, but something tells me we might see the MAFfiest of performances by Marc-Andre Fleury tonight in net. Fingers crossed. I honestly think the Rangers have grabbed the steering wheel away from the Penguins, and it's their game to win tonight.
At 9 p.m., the Chicago Blackhawks are looking to finish off the Minnesota Wild on their home ice in game 6 of their series tonight. The Wild have yet to lose on home ice during their playoff run this year, but they're in an interesting position where their first loss at home tonight would mean their playing the last game of their season.
Who do you think is going to win the Rangers-Pens series? Do you think the Wild will be able to force a Game 7 tonight? And what's on tap?
