Hey all! How are you today? Enjoying your long weekend? I've been rekindling my love affair with naps. In fact, that's what I was doing when The Otherwise Nice Man Who Raised Me called me to ask if I'd seen "the really amazing opening ceremony the Canadiens put on" before every one of their playoff home games. Of course, I wanted to say. How can anyone avoid anything so amazingly over-the-top and drawn out and full of itself, I wanted to ask. But alas, my brain was still fogged over from sleep. In any case, boy, am I SO GLAD the Canadiens are in New York tonight.
Questions for tonight: Will the Rangers actually win a home game for once and take a 3 games to 1 series lead? Will Derick Brassard, who should be returning tonight, be a difference maker for the Rangers? Can someone pre-emptively sue the Drs. Daniel Briere and Brendan Gallagher for malpractice? Will Michel Therrien dress an actual rhinocerous for tonight's game? Hey, Brandon Prust is out. It's something to consider.
I think I speak for everyone here when I say "Go Rangers!"
