Two games are going on tonight: First at 7 p.m., the New York Rangers are meeting the Pittsburgh Penguins. They're hoping to bring the series back to New York for a Game 5 and keep themselves in the race for the Stanley Cup. They will have Martin St. Louis' help tonight, as it's been reported that he will suit up for tonight's game. I know I've been pretty vocal in my criticism of St. Louis' trade deadline decisions, but it really should go without saying I hope he has a great game tonight, given what he's personally going through.
The late night game is between the Chicago Blackhawks and the Minnesota Wild, starting at 9:30. The Wild playing at home are hoping to even the series at two games a piece. The Blackhawks are hoping to take a commanding lead and win the series on home ice Sunday. I'm hoping against hope Matt Cooke won't do anything stupid during his first game back from the seven-game suspension he received when he injured Tyson Barrie of the Avalanche in the last series.
Ahem.
So, what's on tap?
