It's official: Pastrnak trade jokes have jumped the shark. Just like when Mom and Dad started saying "DA bomb" in a non-NFL-blitz context, it's time to let it go for a little while. Yes, it seems to be a pattern with this team. Yes, he's scoring a bunch. Yes, his goal celebration is blowing kisses to the crowd. And yes, you hate the 1929, 1939, 1941, 1970, 1972, 2011 Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins.

The problem is, your telling of a joke for the hundredth time isn't nearly nuanced enough. It's like a bad knockoff of Will Farrell doing his usual "I'm funny because I'm loud" routine.

I think you can do better than that. I hope you can do better than that. Go ahead, take a little time to work on some new material. And no, spelling it "traed" doesn't count.
