The Bruins survived a second period barrage as well as a shootout in the win

The Bruins took 2 points from the Maple Leafs last night.

  • The Bruins nearly snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, but toughed it out for the shootout win in Toronto. Kudos to the improved penalty kill, and to Tuukka Rask for coming up big when it mattered.[TheBostonGlobe]
