It’s not on TV anywhere so if you’re like me and rely on broadcasts for that, well….you’re out of luck, I guess. Alex Khokhlachev will continue making a bid for a spot in the roster while being given less than a great chance. Let’s see what happens with the Bruins’ blueline, considering Adam McQuaid has been feeling stronger than he has in years after offseason surgery, and the battle of the backup goalies!

Bruins Lines:

Matt Beleskey — David Krejci — David Pastrnak

Frank VatranoAustin Czarnik — Brian Ferlin

Brandon DeFazioAlex Khokhlachev — Zach Senyshyn

Anton Blidh — Chris Kelly — Justin Hickman

Defense pairings:

Torey KrugAdam McQuaid

Linus Arnesson — Kevan Miller

Joe Morrow — Chris Casto

Goaltenders

Zane McIntyre, Malcolm Subban

The Caps are introducing Justin Williams to their lineup in their second preseason game - they blanked the Hurricanes last night in a 2-0 victory.

Capitals Lines:

Chris BourqueAndre Burakovsky – Justin Williams

Jay BeagleChandler Stephenson – Paul Caey

Kevin Elgestal – Michael  Latta -- Chris Brown

Liam O’Brien – Zach SillGarrett Mitchell

Mike Moore - Tyler Lewington

Goaltenders

Justin Peters (starting) - Philipp Grubauer (second half, 3-on-3 OT)

The preseason continues with its showcasing of rookies and players that need to prove themselves and earn their roster spots. Here’s hoping that the Bruins top line actually clicks - would be nice to see some chemistry here, because these three are in this roster to try things out.

And let’s hope for fewer injuries than the first preseason game, which took Griffith and Connolly away from us, so cruelly.
