The Bruins nearly got run out of the Xcel Center early in the second period, but the score remained tied late, mostly due to the stellar play of Tuukka Rask.

The Bruins took the lead when a point shot ticked in off the body of David Backes with around 6 minutes to go in the second.

“Wooooo!”

Not so fast.

Minnesota challenged the goal, saying the Bruins were offside. After a lengthy review, the refs determined that the Bruins were, indeed, offside.
