There had been a few rumblings about Grzelcyk walking away from his draft team like Jimmy Vesey, but that didn't happen.
The 22-year-old defenseman scored 26 goals and added 69 assists in 125 career NCAA games. He served as BU's captain for the last two.
He also was an alternate captain for the USA's World Junior Championships team in 2014, where he scored six points (2G, 4A) in five games.
