So it turns out Kevan Miller, the Boston area's favorite defenseman, is going to be staying.
Bruins and Kevan Miller agree to four-year, $10 million deal, per agent Peter Fish.

2.5 Million for Kevan Miller a year. Ye gods...
Again, we should reiterate that from fancystats (and more than a little bit of the eye test) that Miller is a bottom pairing defenseman at the absolute best of his game.
We should also reiterate that Adam McQuaid and Dennis Seidenberg are also on the books for 2.75 and 4 million dollars annually.
The Bruins are now paying annually, and this is a rough estimate: Nine point Twenty-five Million dollars for three bottom pairing defenseman until 2020.
Jesus CHRIST, Don. Or Cam. Or whoever.
More details will come when this shitpile of a deal developes.
