The Bruins have announced several more FA signings in quick succession, per Amalie Benjamin of NHL.com
Ex-Carolina Hurricanes forward Riley Nash and ex-Buffalo forward Tim Schaller have both signed new deals, along with P-Bruins defenseman Tommy Cross and Tyler Randell.
Nash's deal is for two years for a cap hit of $900,000 AAV, Schaller's is a one year for $600,000 dollars, as are Cross and Randell's.
These are moves that in the main seem to be allowing for depth...Nash in particular though is an interesting move, having scored 19 points in limited duties for the Canes last year.
Cross and Randell are still attempting to solidify their role in the Bruins organisation, although Randell has seen limited NHL time.
Schaller, at 6'2 and 209lbs, is currently with the Rochester Americans and has scored 5 points in 35 NHL games with the Buffalo Sabres.
