Joe Morrow and Colin Miller were given contracts!
These were confirmed by the ever vigilant General Fanager, who broke the news via the twitter machine:
Colin Miller (#Bruins) has signed a 2-yr one-way @ $1M cap hit contract.

Both have been promising players, though Chiller being far and above the player who will likely be more promising. With these signings, the Bruins now have about a solid 6.7 Million dollars in cap space, and it looks like things are slightly looking up for the Boston blueline!
Combined with a number of players coming up in the pipeline, one can only wonder where their overall place in things might end up being, but that's what Dev Camp and the preseason is for, right?
Welcome back, Colin and Joe! I for one am GLAD you're back!
