Week of January 2 - 8

First Star (5 points)

Jakob Forsbacka Karlsson - Boston University (NCAA)

This Week: 2 games played - 5 goals - 8 shots

While BU had almost half of its lineup at the World Junior Championship, JFK brought the firepower to lead the Terriers over Union with a hat trick. When the conquering heroes (and Fabbro) returned, JFK starred with two goals at Frozen Fenway.

Second Star (3 points)

Zach Senyshyn - SSM (OHL)

This Week: 3 games played - 4 goals - 6 shots

Senyshyn’s week was highlighted by a hat trick in the win over Kitchener and he had another goal to give him four on just six shots (a low total by his high standards) in three games.
