Place to Watch: NBCSN, TVAS, SNE, SNO

The Stakes: Another two points adds distance between the B’s, Leafs and Panthers, while the Caps look to stay #1 in the Metro over Columbus and Pittsburgh

Game Notes:

  • Luckily for the Bruins, the Capitals are also coming into the second game of a back-to-back, losing last night 3-2 in Brooklyn to the Islanders.
  • Brad Marchand will (somehow) avoid DoPS with his trip on Anton Stralman.
  • Evgeny Kuznetsov is finding his way back onto the scoresheet, nabbing his 10th goal of the season last night, in comparison to his 29 assists.
  • Braden Holtby and Tuukka Rask (not sure yet of this is the matchup) were both at the All Star Game in Los Angeles this weekend.
  • With only three games tonight, the Bruins continue to let Toronto and Florida get games in hand, so every point matters.
