Patrice Bergeron missing Friday's practice w/ a day-to-day lower-body injury. Tuukka Rask also missing Friday's practice (maintenance day).
— Boston Bruins (@NHLBruins) February 3, 2017
Neither Patrice Bergeron nor Tuukka Rask practiced with the team at Warrior Ice Arena on Friday morning. Bergeron injured his right leg blocking a shot during Wednesday night’s game against the Washington Capitals, and is questionable for tomorrow evening’s home bout against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Tuukka Rask took a maintenance day, but with the workload on his shoulders as of late, it remains to be seen whether Rask or Zane McIntyre will get the call in net Saturday night. Hopefully everything is OK with Bergeron and that it isn't a long term injury and that Rask gets the day off he needs! The lines for the rest of practice were as follows, with Spooner slotting into Bergeron’s center spot.
