On and off throughout the last two years of Claude Julien’s time in Boston, it became apparent that something just wasn’t right between the two of them. Yesterday at the Bruins’ morning skate before their game against Arizona, Spooner confirmed those concerns with his former coach.

Spooner looks like he’s gained the trust of Cassidy, as the latter coached Spoons in Providence as a prospect. Only time will tell to show how true that is, and we hope that Ryan Spooner thrives in Cassidy’s new systems.
