Per the Globe’s Kevin Paul DuPont, Colin Miller will face no additional discipline from the League:
Per league source: NHL DOPS will take no action on C. Miller hit on Burmistrov.

While the hit drew serious in-game punishment in a charging major and game misconduct, it seems the League saw the hit for what it was - unintentionally injury-causing, and otherwise a clean hit.
Cassidy says he believes GM Sweeney has looked into league rescinding C. Miller's game misconduct for hit on Burmistrov.

This move would reduce the risk of future supplemental discipline on Chiller, protecting his reputation somewhat. Good on the coach/GM for trying to protect one of their better younger players.
