The team confirmed earlier today that Tuukka Rask would be back between the pipes tonight, so what gives with this move?
Either 1) Rask’s injury flared up between this afternoon and now or 2) Anton Khudobin is feeling under the weather/injured and McIntyre needs to be the back-up.
With another home game Thursday, it’s not like McIntyre was called up just to be on the trip in case he’s needed.
This is weird, wild stuff.
