Week of March 27 - April 2

First Star (5 points)

Zach Senyshyn - SSM (OHL)

This Week: 3 games played - 2 goals - 1 assist - 14 shots

Senyshyn had points in each of this week’s games as SSM eliminated Flint in five games. SSM will take on Owen Sound in the second round of the OHL playoffs and Senyshyn is just one goal back of tying his personal best for postseason goals.

Second Star (3 points)

Jakub Zboril - St. John (QMJHL)

This Week: 2 games played - 1 goal - 1 assist - 6 shots

Zboril had points in both games this week as top seed St. John swept Rimouski in four games. After missing three games (including the first two games of the first round series) Zboril scored his first goal since February 8th.

Third Star (1 point)

Jeremy Lauzon - Rouyn-Noranda (QMJHL)

This Week: 3 games played - 1 goal - 2 assists - 9 shots

Lauzon had a three-point performance in game five of the series against Halifax to put the Huskies one win away from advancing. In addition to scoring, Lauzon had an assist on the game tying goal with 20 seconds remaining in the third and had the primary helper on the eventual game winner in the third overtime period.
