It’s good to be Pasta.
After an absolutely great 70-point season, David Pastrnak has been bestowed with one of the highest honors the Czech ice hockey federation can give out yesterday: The Golden Hockey Stick or Zlata Hokejka, for Player of the Year.
Takto vypadá konečné pořadí letošní ankety #ZlataHokejka. Vítězem se stal útočník @NHLBruins David Pastrňák (@pastrnak96). #narodnitym pic.twitter.com/Ft9SOVC45M

Also receiving votes...David Krejci! Coming in a distant third.
And in typical Pasta fashion, he cut his national television interview about how much of an honor this was short...because he had to go to the bathroom.
Pastrnak just said he needs to speed up the interview a bit cause he needs to use the bathroom. On national TV. Love the guy. @NHLBruins
