Boston Blades GM Krista Patronick announced today on Twitter that she will be leaving the CWHL franchise for a college hockey position.
Pumped to announce my new position as director of hockey operations for @gatewhockey! I will miss @BostonCWHL but excited for a new chapter. pic.twitter.com/zOvCF1v9Pj

Colgate is a D1 women’s hockey program, with the school competing in the ECAC.
The loss is a big one for the Blades and the CWHL, as Patronick played a huge role in the early stages of both the Blades as a team and the CWHL as a whole.
Best of luck to Krista on her new endeavor!
