Bruins Roster Update: Bruins waive Szwarz & Cross on AHL assignment

Per the team, forward Jordan Swarz and defensman Tommy Cross have been placed on waivers on assignment to the Bruins AHL affiliate, the Providence Bruins.

Cross is an interesting case, as there was some speculation that he could challenge for the role of Torey Krug’s replacement.

However, it appears that the Bruins will go in a different direction with that spot.
