Hey so it turns out Tuukka Rask had a pretty good December, and today he was named the NHL’s first star of the month as a result.
Rask had nine wins, two shutouts and a save percentage of 0.955 on the month. His overall record was 9-0-1, and he’s currently earned points in 11 consecutive starts.
A December goals-against average of just 1.22 rounds out the impressive stat sheet.
