David Backes leaves game briefly after another hit to the head

We will update this as details come out. David Backes left the game during his first shift after a hit from Matt Benning.

The hit did not draw a penalty from the refs. Backes has had concussions before, and we presume this is what was the cause for his early exit.

UPDATE: David Backes came back for the second period. Hopefully that means Backes just had the wind knocked out of him.
