Tuukka Rask joined the Bruins at practice this morning, and shortly after practice ended, the team made it official: he's back.
Don Sweeney said that Rask has rejoined the team, ending his leave of absence, and will join the team on its upcoming trip out west.
Hopefully Rask had enough time to take care of whatever was wrong.
In response to Rask's return, Dan Vladar was returned to Providence.
UPDATE (11:54 AM): From after practice:
Rask said he needed time to be with his family and the situation is behind him. He’s ready to focus on hockey. At no time did he contemplate retirement.

Some more from Rask:
Rask: “I have a job. My job is to be a hockey goalie for the Boston Bruins & I also have another job title & that’s a family man. This was a time when deep inside my heart I felt like I needed to take time to be with my family & make things right."
