Canada
Canada won all three preliminary games before dispatching the Olympic Athletes from Russia handily in the semifinal. They are currently led in scoring by a Mélodie Daoust, a player some questioned including on the roster. There is question on who will start in net for Canada with two top options in Genvieve Lacasse and Shannon Szabados to pick from.

Most of this team has played in Boston at one point in their careers, either on one of the pro teams or a college team. While there are five Boston College Eagles, the biggest scoring threat for the US is former Northeastern Husky Kendall Coyne who is currently skating on the top line.
