HIGHLIGHTS: Bruins top Hurricanes in OT, win 4-3

Rick Nash and Tommy Wingels scored their first goals in the Spoked B, and McAvoy iced the cake in OT.

NHL: Carolina Hurricanes at Boston Bruins
Scoring his first was pretty... pretty... sweet.

Rick Nash makes an early impact by SAVING a goal, not scoring one.

Brock McGinn pots his 11th goal of the season, giving Carolina the early lead.

Rick Nash scores his first goal as a Bruin, and the 800th point of his NHL career! 1-1 game.

Teuvo Teravainen puts the Canes up again, 2-1.

Sebastian Aho seems to start putting the game away with a slick finish.

Tommy Wingels hunts down a loose puck, protects it like his own child, and chips it to First Nash, Riley!

In the next period, he spaces himself perfectly behind a netfront drive by David Backes and buries a great pass from Jake DeBrusk for his first as a Bruin!

The second ended a bit scrappily, but no real bouts, just frustration and tone-setting for the third.

Nothing by way of scoring, though plenty of back-and-forth.

Then, in overtime....

Great win! Check back tomorrow morning for the recap.
