The Boston Bruins completed a perfect homestand today with a 7-4 win over the Chicago Blackhawks.

Let’s get to the highlights, from Chris (@CrzyCanucklehed) or from NHL.com.

Noel Acciari gets the scoring started with a shorthanded goal in the first. 1-0 Bruins.

David Krejci made it 2-0 on the power play late in the first. 2-0 Bruins.

Jonanthan Toews gets one back with a lucky bounce, and the Bruins’ lead is cut in half. 2-1 Bruins.

Erik Gustafsson ties it just 29 seconds after the Toews goal. 2-2 tie.

John Hayden gives Chicago the lead in the second period. 3-2 Blackhawks.

David Krejci gets his second of the day, again on the PP, to tie things up. 3-3 tie.

The Hawks re-take the lead five minutes later on Matthew Highmore’s first NHL goal. 4-3 Blackhawks.

David Pastrnak crashes the net and ties it up in the third. 4-4 tie.

Brian Gionta gives the Bruins the lead on the first half of a Patrick Kane double-minor for high-sticking. 5-4 Bruins.

Rick Nash doubles the lead on the second half of that same double-minor. 6-4 Bruins.

Sean Kuraly added an empty-netter in the dying seconds, and we got a 7-4 Bruins win.

Let’s do it again tomorrow!
