Bruins make six more roster moves, including a decision on Studnicka

That roster is looking pretty trim...

Another day, another series of cuts, this one containing at least one big name.

Jack Studnicka, the 19-year-old forward in the mix for an NHL spot, was released from training camp today. He'll be heading back to Oshawa in the OHL.

The other transactions weren't surprising: Anton Blidh, Colby Cave, Mark McNeill, Cody Goloubef and Dan Vladar have been assigned to Providence.

Jordan Szwarz, who was waived yesterday, cleared waivers and will remain with the B's until they decide to assign him to the AHL.

Studnicka is undoubtedly disappointed, as he had his eye on an NHL gig.

However, considering how fast the kid shot up the Bruins' charts, don't be surprised to see him sooner rather than later.
