2019 has arrived, and so has the Winter Classic! The NHL’s marquee event when they’re not squeezing every last drop out of the concept by oversaturating the market and hoping that corporate/industrial America tones down the lethal injection of hydroflourocarbons into the atmosphere enough to do it again without the ice evaporating has come to grace the historic Notre Dame Stadium, in which the Boston Bruins and the Chicago Blackhawks will be facing off!

How are both teams doing? Well...

In short, both sides are flawed, maybe even deeply so, but still have brilliance here or there that can counteract all of that. It should make for a wacky game in the great outdoors.
