Things had been going in the right direction for Tuukka Rask. He seemed to have found his game, and the Bruins were benefiting.
And now...the injury bug is back.
Rask left the game late in the first period when he was run over by Filip Chytil after Chytil scored a goal.
From Chris:
Link 1, Link 2 if you're on mobile.
Yikes. You don't really want to speculate, but that looks like a pretty clear concussion.
Hard to assign blame here. You can't fault Chytil for driving to the net, nor can you fault Charlie McAvoy for trying to take the body.
However, probably not the best idea for McAvoy to shove Chytil right into his goalie.
UPDATE (8:30): The obvious is now official.
UPDATE: Tuukka Rask (concussion) will not return to tonight's game.
