Bruins lines vs. Buffalo: Backes in action

David Backes’ suspension is over, so you knew there were going to be a few changes in tonight’s lineup.

The major change: Backes is going to be on the second line, with Colby Cave taking a seat on the 9th Floor.

On defense, Charlie McAvoy still isn’t ready, so there aren’t any changes.

Tuukka Rask will start in net.

For Buffalo, I don’t have their complete lineup, but the big note is that Jack Eichel won’t play. He’s had great showings in his last few games at the Garden, so this is a boost for the Bruins.
