Earlier today, the Bruins announced that Charlie McAvoy was going on injured reserve.
"Okay," you say. "Get the injury out of the way and move forward."
NOT SO FAST.
After practice, Bruce Cassidy revealed a few other injuries in his media availability.
David Krejci has a lower-body injury and won't play tomorrow. Connor Clifton, who was hit with a shot last night, also won't play tomorrow night.
The Clifton injury means that Jeremy Lauzon, who was recalled today, will play tomorrow.
In less surprising news, both McAvoy and Torey Krug aren't playing yet, though, Krug skated today.
There hasn't been an additional forward called up, so there will be some shuffling of the existing forward group.
Good times, folks!
