The NHL announced the majority of its All Stars this afternoon, and a Bruin made the cut: Tuukka Rask is one of two goalies named to the Atlantic Division's team.

Frederik Andersen of the Toronto Maple Leafs is the other Atlantic goalie.

The players named today were selected by the league's Hockey Ops department.

Rask will join his teammate David Pastrnak at the game, as Pastrnak was selected by the fans to be the Atlantic captain.

Patrice Bergeron is one of the players eligible to be voted in by the fans, so expect a Boston ballot-stuffing campaign to begin shortly.

Rask is 15-4-5 on the year, with a GAA of 2.31 and a save percentage of .923. This will be his second ASG appearance.

While Jaroslav Halak has numbers that are as good, and in some cases better, than Rask's, you're not getting to the ASG with just 16 starts.

Noticeably absent from the festivities: Brad Marchand, who wasn't named to the team or the fan vote list, despite being tied for third in league scoring.

He is the only player currently in the top 10 who wasn't chosen.
