A deserving honor for #37.

NHL: Los Angeles Kings at Boston Bruins Brian Fluharty-USA TODAY Sports

The NHL announced today that Patrice Bergeron has been named the league's second star of the week, a nice way to cap a great week for him.

Bergeron recorded 4 goals and 3 assists in 4 games, including the game-winner in overtime on Saturday.

He also celebrated his 1,000th regular season game as a Bruin, so yeah, pretty good week.

Bergeron is now up to 51 points in just 40 games this season.

He remains the number one star in all of your hearts

Jordan Binnington of St. Louis was named first star, while Ryan Strome took the third star.
