The Bruins extended their point streak to 17 games with a 4-3 overtime win against the Whalers Hurricanes last night.
- Down by two goals, the Bruins battled back into the lead as Brad Marchand fed Patrice Bergeron for a shorthanded goal in the third, that penalty being their second of the game for having too many men on the ice. Providence Journal
