The Bruins have reportedly re-signed a mobile defenseman! No, not that one. Not that one either.
It's Steven Kampfer!
Steven Kampfer is staying with #NHLBruins. Pending UFA signs a 2-year, $1.6 million extension ($800k AAV).

While this move isn't likely to generate extreme excitement among the fanbase, it's a solid move.
It's not a ton of money, and Kampfer proved to be okay with sitting for long stretches last season.
He was also fine to good when called upon, which is always a good thing to have in your back pocket.
Kampfer's new deal shouldn't really impact the cap situation a ton either, so... yeah.
Depth!
