Hockey season is right around the corner, and with that, we should see many of the Black and Gold returning to Boston to prepare for the upcoming training camp and preseason. Well it looks like one of the team’s shining stars is getting prepped by flexing some of his other muscles with a different New England football team.

No, not the Patriots (though this writer wonders how Pasta would fare catching touchdowns from Tom Brady), but the New England Revolution hosted the Czech winger earlier today at practice. The Bruce Arena-led MLS squad has been on a tear since his hiring, putting themselves squarely in the playoff picture late in the season. Maybe it’s something about coaches named Bruce?
It was all smiles down in Foxborough, as @pastrnak96 took part in a practice with the @NERevolution! #NHLBruins #NERevs ⚽️ pic.twitter.com/kaZZtxU3pW

In any case, it’s good to see Pastrnak both healthy and in town! Hockey season is just about here folks! Which Bruins player would you like to see play a different sport? What other athletes would you like to see try on the Spoked B?
