The Bruins announced this morning that defenseman Jeremy Lauzon has been recalled from Providence.
The 22-year-old last played for the Bruins on New Year's Eve, a shootout loss to the New Jersey Devils.
To open up a roster spot, Steven Kampfer was assigned to Providence. Kampfer already cleared waivers a few weeks ago, so he doesn't need it this time around.
Lauzon has 13 points (1G, 12A) in 43 games for Providence this season.
