With the 7-2 win today over the Beauts the Pride moved to 17-0-0, breaking their own record single season winning streak from the 2016-2017 season.
That season there were only 18 games on each team’s schedule and the Pride and Beauts had one game cancelled and not made up.
The Pride lost the final game of the regular season to the Riveters and then the championship game to the Beauts.
Boston still has a way to go for their own record if you count streaks over multiple seasons and playoffs as they won 25 consecutive regular season games and had four playoff wins in a streak that went from January 10, 2016 beginning with a 8-1 win over the Riveters until that 3-2 loss to the Riveters on March 12, 2017.
