Pour one out for the "Bruins should get Josh Anderson" crowd.
The former Columbus Blue Jacket is now a Montreal Canadien, dealt for Max Domi and a third-round pick tomorrow.
Anderson had long been the apple of many Bruins fans' eye, as he's a big body who plays a pretty physical game while also putting the puck in the net.
However, he's been plagued by injuries lately. He played just 26 games for Columbus last season, recording a goal and 3 assists.
On the surface, that makes this trade look like a steal for Columbus, as they're getting a draft pick and a guy who scored 45 goals over the last two seasons in exchange.
However, Montreal must be banking on Anderson finally being healthy and returning to his pre-injury form, where he scored 27 goals in the 2018-2019 season.
While not really Bruins related, this deal involves the Bruins' archrival and a guy who many thought the Bruins should go out and acquire.
Who won the deal?
