Thursday!
The snow has been flying in the Boston area. Stay safe out there, folks.
If you’re not in New England, well...you stay safe too.
The 2021 World Junior Championships begin in just over a week, and Sky will have you covered with a full tournament primer later today.
The WJC is usually a blast to watch, so it will be interesting to see how this year’s version compares. Obviously, there’s a lot going on this year and a lot of weirdness for the players, so we’ll see how the competition goes.
The Bruins will have a couple of prospects in the mix, as they have in most recent years.
Current Bruin David Pastrnak was one of the Bruins’ more notable recent WJC performers. Pastrnak played in three different WJC tournaments for the Czechs, no small feat in a U20 tournament.
Over the course of those three touraments, Pastrnak recorded 14 points in 14 games. Not bad for a teenager.
The Bruins aren’t likely to have a Pastrnak-level performance from the guys in this tournament, but hey...you never know!
Today’s highlight
Pretty good!
Today’s discussion topic
Who ya got in this year’s tournament?
